CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in time is 6 pm.   Please notify us if you will be arriving late, so we can make arrangements for you to pick up your key and information package.

WHEN YOU CHECK IN

Register at Annie's Place located at 3899 Victoria Road in Crystal Beach.  An information package will be ready for you along with the key to your cottage. 

There will be a contract for you to read and sign, along with a Cottage Condition Checklist.

COTTAGE CONDITION CHECKLIST

Due to irresponsible actions by a few individuals, it has become necessary to monitor any damages that may occur during a cottage stay.  This form will be filled out prior to your arrival by our Property Manager, noting the general condition of the cottage and any damages that may need attention but will not interfere with your visit.  You will be asked to sign this form to verify you have been notified of this information.  When you check out, our Property Manager will again check your cottage to verify any changes. 

In most cases, the security deposit will be refunded.  If damage has occured, the repair cost will be determined and deducted from your deposit.  All cottages will be given a basic cleaning after each guest checks out.  However, if there is any heavy duty cleaning required, we will deduct a determined amount from your deposit.

WHEN YOU CHECK OUT

Clean up any mess and put garbage outside on deck.  Take back key and package of information to Annie's Place.

Please return any resource materials, games or other items borrowed back to the office.

The updated Cottage Condition Checklist will be reviewed with you and deposits returned (less any damages or cleaning charges owing).
